KwaZulu-Natal Athletics President Steve Mkasi has issued a public apology on his Facebook page after a video of him in a street fight went viral at the weekend.
In the video, Mkasi and the man, believed to be a prominent member of the running community, are seen tackling each other to the ground.
It is alleged the man made comments on social media against Mkasi, leading to a confrontation and ultimately the brawl.
