South African reality TV star and digital creator Nozipho Ntshangase continues to open up about her beauty enhancement journey with her followers.
Most recently, the podcaster and YouTuber underwent a hybrid mini deep plane facelift with Professor Chrysis Sofianos.
In a recent update to her followers on social media, she shared how she is doing 10 days after leaving the hospital.
The “Mommy Club” star shared that she was surprised that the pain wasn’t too bad, and she took sleeping tablets for the first four nights, but by day six she had decreased her pain tablet intake.
“Recovery diary 🤍From the day I left the hospital to day 10. Surprisingly, the pain wasn’t too bad. I stayed on sleeping tablets for the first four nights to keep myself comfortable, but by Day 6 I was already taking fewer painkillers,” she wrote.

Ntshangase has been on a mommy makeover journey; last year she had a tummy tuck, liposuction, and later went for a breast lift.
With her latest cosmetic procedure, the 41-year-old shared that the swelling and bruising were minimal and she was able to remove her stitches by day 10 and able to attend an event. She also opened up about starting red light therapy, an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair and regeneration.
“What really surprised me was how minimal the swelling and bruising were. Recovery has honestly been much smoother than I expected. By Day 7, I started red light therapy at LUX Clinic (I’ll be sharing that experience soon 👀), and by Day 10, my stitches were out, and I was even able to attend an event.”
“I’ve used a filter in the event video (I was still conscious of the swelling ) because I’m still not allowed to wear makeup just yet, but I’m so happy with how my recovery is going. One day at a time, and we’re getting there.”
