The murder trial for seven men accused of murdering Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane has been set down for October 5 – November 8.
Lindokuhle Thabani Mkhwanazi, Lindani Zenzele Ndimande, Siyanda Eddie Myeza, Mziwethemba Harvey Gwabeni, Lindokuhle Lindo Ndimande, Siyabonga Gezani Ndimande, and Malusi Dave Ndimande appeared for the first time as a group in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
The Magistrate stated that the matter has been adjourned to August 13 for the respective legal teams to meet; however, the trial will go ahead from October. 5.
The men are accused of killing Forbes and Motsoane in a brazen attack outside a Durban restaurant in February 2023.
