Fine weather expected across SA on Monday, with Tuesday rain possible

South Africans can expect largely fine and cool to warm weather on Monday, while partly cloudy conditions are forecast for parts of the country.

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has also indicated that isolated showers could develop along the south coast on Tuesday, August 25.

Monday, August 24 forecast

According to SAWS’s weather outlook for Sunday and Monday, fine and cool to warm conditions are expected across much of South Africa, although it will be partly cloudy over the northern parts of the country.

A SAWS update covering Sunday through Tuesday, August 23–25, also states that conditions will generally remain fine and warm to cool, with partly cloudy weather along the east and south coasts of South Africa. For Monday specifically, the forecast indicates a mostly settled day with these partly cloudy conditions affecting some coastal areas.
